Happy Halloween!
Part of the second grade unit on community includes a family project of a model of some place in your community. John Henry chose Austin Park n' Pizza and we all worked very hard on making this model. It includes: two go-cart tracks, batting cage, miniature golf, rock-wall, bumper boats and spinning tea-cups.
Cute kids with some of their favorite furry friends.
Our summer included a trip to Splashway, a small water park about an hour from the grandparents house. A good time was had by all and I think this will become an annual trip.

Summer fun: Playing miniature golf (and batting cages). Actually, John Henry has developed quite the talent for this game. We don't know why.
